This month I added the rest day marks to my saturdays. I have walked to work almost all saturdays, but I stopped adding those as customs routines because in my stats I had an enormous amount of lower body workouts. I am still going to track my longer walks on monday, but not the shorter ones. One sunday I did add the walk because I did that instead of the scheduled workout..
I did LI R2 this month and today I did the upper body PNF stretching. I liked both. FB Complete is scheduled to start on monday, looking forward to it because I read so many lovely reviews.
How was your februari? Have you found a routine that works for you? Are you happy with how you fit fitness into your daily life?
I workout in the morning, right out of bed into my workout clothes. If I don't do that, I am most likely to skip it completely. I am not always happy with my alarm going off at 6.37 to get it done, but I am happy with how it works overall.
