I finished Fit 2 today! Aside from one week off for a hurt toe, I did it in the 8 weeks as designed. I'm 45 years old and been working out with FB since around September. My PFT changes from day 1 of Fit 2:
mile - 8:48 to 7:53
push-ups - 20 full + 7 half to 22 full + 6 half
squats - 50 with 12 lb to 70+ with 12 lb
plank - 1:12 to 1:43
stretch - 6" to, well, 6"
I was really surprised at my running improvement since I don't run at all. I thought it was a really good program and it helped me understand some of my preferences, such as separating lower and upper body strength instead of compound total strength, and made me do core even though it's not something I would normally choose on my own. The two 1000-calorie workouts felt like accomplishments. Recommended!
