Strength Training Tutorial

Hello FB family!

First off I LOVE this forum and this company! Been working out for about 4 years now and love it all.

I have fallen in love with strength training but have found that I have back issues the next day. Now I'm sure its my form and possibly trying to lift to heavy for moves. Was wondering if anyone else would be interested in a video of Daniel and Kelli going over proper form and technique when lifting. Just a slowed down version that helps us to focus on getting the form correct so when we do a workout we are "prepared" better. Not sure if they'll see my post but maybe!?
