So I've decided my goal this week is to get as many of my Workout Completes as I can in the mornings!
I normally can't do that as I work around 7.30am to 4.30pm roughly, and I like my sleep too much 😂😂 so I'm taking advantage of the time off to shake my workouts up a bit!
