Hi All! I am starting week two of Low Impact I Program. Love it so far. I wanted to know if it is possible to add my own exercise to the calendar, such as walks, yoga, tennis? I would love to be able to see that I worked out even if I did a different type of exercise.
In the meantime, I have just been adding it in the notes section. Thanks in advance!
