A new week means new opportunities. Do you have any plans food wise for this week?
Sorry I am super late today. I was very busy with work this morning and then it was time to prepare some food and I am not very flexible in moving eating times around to avoid hunger. What brings me to today’s question: how do you know that you are hungry? Where do you feel hunger?
I find it very difficult to define hunger. Of course, there is the growling of the stomach, but in my case even that can be misleading. Sometimes I hear the growling, but I feel very full and don’t want to eat something. I think my hunger feeling is mostly coming from my head. When my thoughts are drifting towards food, I know I have to eat something, or I will risk craving all the wrong things and I might go for it.
So, what about you? How do you identify hunger? Are you getting nervous, restless, hangry? Maybe tired or stressed? Let me know.
