Balancing Sleep and Working Out

Hi Blenders,

Just curious what your thoughts on this are. I know I'm not the only one with a busy life but I see some really motivated people here. Some of you get up really early to make sure you get your workout complete. I just want to know how do you make sure to workout and get enough sleep?

I'm in college and working full time, that means even when I don't work out I find it hard enough to get a good night's sleep. I'm not one of those people who can just manage on a few hours and survive. 8 hours is barely enough for me and I don't even usually get that.

I have a short semester break now, so I have some time to ask for support. So tell me, how do you make it work? Do you workout in the morning or evening? Do you have to give up anything to make it work?
