How's it going? Here's to the last midweek of Jan 2021! 😮
It was soooo hard to peel myself off of the bed this morning and I am thankful it was a Yoga Wednesday! Seriously though, I could use some sleep, or a lot more.
Workouts: Was so reluctant to start anything. woke up with UB sore from yesterday 😐 Anyways, did 30 mins of Yoga for flexibility and feel better that I got it done.
I feel better today, M has subsided quite a lot, but my left eye feels really heavy. Anti-histamines might help me thinks.
Tell me about your day, close to finishing a program or challenge, are ya? And food? Oh okay, here it is I have been extremely hungry these days -I want to blame it on the loads of strength workouts I am doing and winters 😏 but don't know why! You feel this way? Hungry all the time? Tell me all about your day!
