I was wondering about Optional days of workouts in Workout Programms which are usually (if not always) recovery workouts/stretching - I know that if I complete this optional workout I get to mark my workout complete and day complete but what if I decide to skip it? Won't it be visible in Recently missed workout section until it's marked complete?
I've followed a couple of programms already always taking the time to do recovery workouts, but now I'm thinking of working out "only" 5 times a week with a program but don't want to be distracted/demotivated by seeing those "missed" workouts on the list.
Have you tried skipping those Optional days? What are your experiences?
