Last week I did week one of FB Strong, and all was going well. I did the stretching routine that was part of the program on Saturday. On Sunday, I woke up with terrible lower back pain, and so far it hasn't gone away. Needless to say, I haven't done any more workouts and have been very slowly taking my dog for walks, but things are painful and sometimes if I move wrong I yell out in pain. I know it'll go away in a couple of days (I hope sooner than that!) but I'm wondering if, when I'm able to work out again, I should re-start FB Strong, or go into week 2 as I would have if I hadn't tweaked my lower back?
