It grew on me

I just completed this killer lowe body workout for the 5th time for my last day of FB30 R4:

A lot of people in the community seem to like this one but I never really did (I have a sneaking suspicion that it was because of the HIIT 😉). As I finished today, I knew this one definitely deserved a place in my favorites! It was challenging but I was able to mostly do it without modifications and it made me feel strong. I think going forward it will be a good measure of progress. Then again, maybe I was just having a good day 😂.

Anybody else have a workout they didn't like at first and that is now a favorite?
