There's a palmetto playing peekaboo and when we look past the green bits, you can see a blue sky and my leafless pecan tree out there. How it ties into anything related to fitness, food, or life in general--it really doesnt. It's just here for your Tuesday, like how you are here for the check-in. So let's get to it!
Starting with those lovely little or long workouts that we love and make us feel the oh so goods when done. Maybe during if its a chill stretch sesh. Today is a short upper body posture workout for me. But I *might* tack on an upper body strength routine. But what are you up to and down for today?
Same question towards the food. What delish and nutrish things await? I think I might do some chicken or shrimp tacos. It is Tuesday afterall. But what ever you're munching on keep it (mostly) real and have a treat once in a while!
