Id like to know your personal opinions on these 3 HIIT training styles. I just got done a brutal HIIT session with Daniel that had these three styles of HIIT incorporated. (BW2 D24)
I personally like Tabata the most, and Pyramid the least, even though I think its a psychological thing for me, as in descending ladder the intervals are reducing but pyramid has this increasing and then decreasing course.
Im just curious what do you guys prefer or dislike :) Also feel free to share the preferred length of intervals :)
