The Dish
This simple stir-fry is the perfect meal solution for your busy weekday dinners. Boneless skinless chicken breast is diced and seared to a nice golden brown before being joined by broccoli florets and red bell peppers. Once our primary ingredients have been satisfactorily stir-fried, a simple 4-ingredient sauce is added for total flavor infusion. Once the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender, everything is spooned over a portion of steamed brown rice.
Hacking this Recipe
We’re notorious for making or cooking batches of basic pantry staples that will be frequently used throughout the week; quinoa, brown rice, etc… This really cuts down on the overall cooking time as well as day-of prep. Simply microwave or reheat the rice when you’re ready to serve.
Vegetarian and Vegan Modifications
Feel free to substitute the chicken in this recipe with tofu. The honey in the stir-fry sauce can also be substituted with agave.
