As mentioned last week, I had to reset my goal to a more realistic one and have continued training. I finished my November knee push-up challenge with 26/26 days completed. Very happy with that!
On Tuesday I started the December challenge - so here is where we are at:
Christmas goal: 2 Push-ups with great form
Current state: 2 push-ups with mediocre form
So my biggest success this week has been to actually get to two push-ups with a good range of motion and fairly good form. Still room for improvement - but the two with good form are attainable - maybe I can dream of doing three. However, my arms were very very sore after those two push-ups.
And yes, I keep an eye on the long-term goals of 10, 20, 50 push-ups with good form. But that will be for next year.
