Moving into December with renewed focus

I was so excited to have a good October and translate that into a strong November and December. Getting back into regular workouts took me some time but I was so proud of how my month went. I got sidetracked at the end of the month by a back injury (recurrence of chronic low back pain) but thankfully my mindset has also improved and I know it won’t throw me completely off track and won’t derail my December progress. Easing back into movement with Pilates and ready to keep crushing my goals!
