I just started FB Low impact Round 2 today ( day 1) and I looked ahead to tomorrow’s workout and it looks like there are two half hour upper body workouts....60 minutes on day two of the program seems strange and a bit much, but there is no explanation about choosing one or the other workout depending on x, y, or z. Has anyone done this program before and know if we are supposed to do both of these?
