I want to minimize processed food as much as possible. I wanted to know how you guys have started implementing clean eating. I have ate primarily processed foods my entire life, but ive had enough. I dont want to feel so bad all the time anymore. Maybe some healthy substitutes for food I love like pizza and burgers. Just healthier versions of what I already eat. Thanks :)
