Abs 2 program improved my lunges!

I've always struggled with lunges big time and assumed it was a knee or lower body strength issue.

But today, as I finished up week 3 of Abs 2, I suddenly did a whole of bunch of lunges relatively easily! What?! I've never thought of lunges as something that required core strength before. But the extra core work made a big difference. I thought I'd share in case that encourages any other lunge-haters out there. :)

As a side note, the Abs 2 program is great. I could see myself doing this one at least every year.
