Found a gem and struggling to be consistent

Lately I am struggling to be consistent with my workouts, The week starts great with three workout days and then I can't motivate myself to do a fourth or fifth workout day.

I tried Blend and Booty, but I missed too many workouts, so I stopped doing these programs, I just got annoyed seeing those prescheduled workouts and just didn't want to do them,

Then I tried the five day challenge for busy people, guess what, I didn't finish it.

This week I hope I will do better. I decided to schedule the workout the evening before, so maybe I don't get annoyed because I see prescheduled workouts, We will see,

I don't know why, but I have never done it before and I just loved it. It is a great workout you can make it easier (moving slower) or harder (adding weights). I immediately bookmarked it to my favourites. :)
