Another help with program selection thread

Hiyas!

I just finished the Strong and Lean 5 Day challenge and am keen to sign up for a 4-8week program but don't know what to go with.

I liked the variety. I did the lower impact variation on a fair amount of the cardio and HIIT but kept up with the kickboxing (my blood pressure is on the low side so lots of jumping or arms above the head sends my heart rate a bit crazy). I also have the next 8 weeks off and would like to try to push myself a bit while I have the time.

Should I go with one of the Low Impact ones given that I had to do the low impact versions, or could I try something like Blend and adapt down if needed?
