I don't know if I'm wording this correctly but are there any exercises besides heel rises/squat jumps/soleus presses that contribute to ankles less prone to injury? Or help joints in general?
I really like doing HIIT but sometimes I'm way too enthusiastic and now one of my ankles hurt a bit.
I know it's not a common subject and my explanation might not be so clear but thanks in advance for any little tip! :)
