it definitely kicked my butt and sweat poured like crazy. It felt more like a 5/5 to me today (maybe because of all those burpees). I felt kind of low energy and was seriously considering skipping to cooldown right in the middle of the HIIT portion but somehow mustered up my strength and finished it, so Im very proud of myself today! :)
My week has been alright so far, I skipped one workout though (Day 9) because of my monthly struggle, Im sure ladies will get me. Other days were fine and I was able to push myself again.
