Today's post is to review how October training for push-ups went and what you have planned for November. This also means only 8 more weeks till Christmas. :O
So how did your last week go - and how much closer are you to reaching your Christmas goal?
This is how my week went:
As you can see, I had a lot of days, where I did not train - for one day, I was on a trip and then I got vaccinated on Monday and had a sore upper arm for three days.
I find the current level of wall push-ups rather challenging, but I manage them with proper form (for most part). So I will keep on training the next days.
October goal: Finish a 30 day wall push-up challenge
Current state: done 22/29 days of challenge
Christmas goal: 10 full push-ups
Current state: Still just 1 full push-up, but 13 knee push-ups as of last week.
