Before I ask my question I should say that I understand that it is impossible to target fat loss. But having said this, I'd like to lose back fat and the fat around my hips/waist. What type of exercises should I be doing to "target" this area. I usually pick a total body workout but I'm wondering if I need to do more lower body or abs.
