Thanks for organising this Michelle, it truly was epic. I throughly enjoyed it and the 36 min HIIT was definitely my favourite though I did struggle with the Abs portion. I got to use my new PowerBlocks and they are great to use that I even found myself lifting more on 2nd round of strength training. Can't wait for the next 1,000 calorie party.
