It is time for this week’s Workout Program Giveaway, but we have something a bit different for you all today. As usual, all you have to do is answer the question here. We do need your answer in the comments below for it to count (it has to be in this same thread for us to track entries, so please respond here only).
Before we get to this week’s question, however, we have a bit of background to offer and a peek at some of what is to come here at Fitness Blender.
The topic of today’s question is nutrition (and the simple reminder in the Comments below).
When you think of Fitness Blender, you may think first and foremost about all of our exercise content, but also vital to good health and feeling fit is nutrition (of course!).
Our Healthy Living pages cover a variety of topics related to nutrition and also provide over 200 healthy recipes that you can add to your meal planning. And, speaking of Meal Plans, we have those too, since we know that finding the time to plan properly for nutritious meals that work well with your exercise routines can be an uphill battle.
Over the next few months, we’re going to be increasing the amount of content we put out related to nutrition and meal planning, with the help of some amazing Registered Dietitians and Recipe Developers, so be on the lookout...and, as always, let us know if you have ideas, requests, or recommendations.
So with all of this in mind, today’s Workout Program Giveaway question is:
** We talk a lot about intuitive eating, but how do you personally manage how much to eat? How do you determine what the right portion size is for you? **
These are the types of questions and issues we'll be exploring together going forward, so helping us understand what is important to you will help us prioritize what kind of content and information to provide. As always, we are always listening, and we are so appreciative of the time you’ve taken to read and respond to this week’s Giveaway question(s)
