I am working out for more than a year with FB and I do not feel like a beginner anymore. The FB Plus Beginner Challenge was something I thought I will never need, and considered it to be something only real beginners would do. Well, I took a nose dive while hiking about 3 weeks ago and I fell on my shoulder so bad that I could not even get dressed on my own. To keep a long story short: 2 weeks I took a break to get over the worst pain. Than I started with FB Plus Beginners. The first few days were really painful, but slowly I am regaining back my flexibility in my shoulder joint and I hope to be able to do amore advanced program after another week or so.
Fact is: I strongly believe, that if the muscles around the shoulder joint had not been already trained, my injury would have been more servere and secondly: I will never be too proud again to do a beginner routine. Done right, I brings you back to doing an excercise with the right form and to be completely honest: I even got sore, working through the rest periods and really focusing on the muscles.
I will probably reschedule this program again, when I need a little rest in between programs like FB Mass and FB Strong to completely recover from all muscle soreness.
