For anyone who has an Apple Watch, and who has upgraded to OS 7, have you noticed any difference in the active calorie burn for workouts in the Apple-based workout app?
I did Bodyweight day 18 yesterday, and 2 of the 4 routines were ones I had done before (thus I had stats). I noticed that the active calorie burn was a third of what it had been before for both routines.
The workouts in particular were strength training and core.
I worked up a great sweat and had an increased heart rate. There was a good amount of plyometrics, too. 🤷♀️
I know the active calorie burn is not really important, (because I know I worked to max), but psychologically, it is discouraging. 😔
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance. 💕
P.S. I already reset my watch to new, to no avail.
