So I stopped Fitness Blender for a whole week. I have been going strong since June 19, 2020 and felt like I needed a little break. I was getting done one program and was going to start another, the 8 week FB Fit program. I thought I would just do Kelli's 3 day flexibility challenge and then move into the Fit program. But life got busy and I didn't do it. But I am glad I had this week to take it a little easier, (I still did some walking up our road). It helped me decide I was not ready to do this 8 week program. Life is so uncertain right now with my job situation, which is stressful to me, and the program had a lot of very lengthy workouts, some over an hour long! It felt very daunting and I felt my unsteady life right now made it even more daunting. So I decided to purchase all of the sale workout videos plus the FBXT. I'm so glad I did! Today I am starting on FB30, which will be much easier for me to achieve! The reason I put the subtopic of this discussion as "Healthy Body Image" is because, before I started diligently exercising back in June, if I had "fallen off the wagon" for a week, I would have just given up and felt like I wasn't good enough to keep going. I would have felt like my body was ugly and I'd be insecure. But now, after these few months with the positive reinforcement of Kelli and Daniel, I feel so much healthier mentally about myself. I am so grateful for that.
