Pushing through lack of sleep

Hi FB Friends,

Lately, sleep has been elusive. I'm averaging about 5 hours a night. If I can log in a good 7, I feel human. When you are tired, self-discipline goes out the window. But today (after waking at the insufferable hour of 4 a.m), I silently slipped out of bed so as not to disturb my husband and 2 dogs. I got my coffee, read on my Kindle for an hour and completed my workout (FB Abs).

Yeah, I will be exhausted some days whether or not I work out, so why not work out?
