So I’m making my own workout plan at the moment using the same sort of format that the programs usually follow but I was wondering how I could schedule in kickboxing and HIIT workouts.
Would you do them on consecutive days or leave a gap in between ?
I’m having 3 rest days at the moment because of work / life so I want to make sure I can fit everything in without any overlaps.
Obviously I don’t have to do kickboxing and HIIT I just really like both so would like to be able to make space for them if I can.
