Need some reminders....

So.... after working out the most consistently I ever have for 5 months, (mostly strength and hiit) I took a month off for a variety of reasons. And what most distresses me about what happened to my body during that month is that I actually like it better now. I lost muscle. I lost the muscle weight. I’m skinnier. And having come of age during the Kate Moss years, my brain can’t help but like it. My brain likes to think that the skinnier, the better. Even though I know I FEEL better when I workout and lift weights. Ugh!!! I guess I’m reaching out to see if anyone else struggles with this, and for some reminders as to why I should start working out again. Thank you Blenders!
