I just started working an 8-5 job the end of June. I LOVE FB. I took about a year break from FB due to personal issues and moving to three different states.. The first time I used FB I felt like I saw progress SO much quicker, and this time I'm on day 38 of FB Fit R2, with minimal rest days and additional workouts occasionally and I feel better but I'm not seeing or feeling as much progress as I want. I'm also eating healthier and less. And maybe I'm being impatient or stubborn, but then I got to thinking it may be because I'm sitting for most of my day and relying on these workouts for my exercise other than house chores. Does anyone have any suggestions?
