Monday Motivation & Goal Setting

Hello all!

I've been kind of quiet the message boards this past week. Not on purpose, work is just ramping up and I've been busy!

Last week I hit my fitness goals, dining out goals, but not the coffee out goal.

This week I am focusing on continuing to eat more veggies, 3, 40 min walks and 1 total body workout, and 1 coffee out.

Walking is making a difference in my mood and I feel better physically so I'm excited to keep doing my walks and adding total body videos this week!
