What can I say? I am pumped! πŸ’ͺ😎 If I'm to judge simply by how I feel, I'll be able to do my first full push-up in no time. But no, not really. πŸ˜‚ It's just a feeling and it went away fast. T-Rex arms are no fun actually. πŸ™„πŸ˜…

And the EC - fabulous for a burnout round! It really finished my muscles. πŸ˜³πŸ˜… I actually cannot remember when was the last time, I enjoyed an uppers routine this much. πŸ‘Œ
