I just finished day #26 of Sweat. #ProgramComplete!

I absolutely loved this program!

According to the scale ...

1. I am officially under 230 pounds!

2. I have shaved 2 points from my BMI.

3. My BMR has increased!

Nonscale victories (according to me) ...

1. My breathing has actually improved (I still need that lung transplant, but am happy at this point).

2. My endurance is through the roof.

3. I love to run.

4. I can do walkdowns and walkups with correct form and smooth transitions (to cobra, plank, pushups, etc.).

5. I can do pushups (standard, tricep, and single leg).

6. I can do jumpsquats (still working on jumping jacks).

7. I can hold downdog with no ill effects.

8. My clothes fit better.

9. My bra does not dig into my shoulders.

10. My love handles are nearly gone.

11. My anxiety and depression are almost nonexistent.

12. I am excited about how far I have come, and where I am going.

Life is great! 😁

I have the 5-day total body challenge scheduled for tomorrow, and FB Abs 2 scheduled for August (though I may choose to do Sweat again)!
