I always admire Kelli's flexibility and I never skip the cooldown/ stretch and weekly flexibility workouts, but it is so frustrating. One time I seem to be a little more flexible, but the next I am as stiff as ever. I just don't seem to make any progress here.. What is your experience in the flexibility department? Thx!
