Favorite Workout complete!

I think this bored easily workout is my all time favorite. It’s short, sweaty, and total body. I love it! And it flies by! I’ve done it the most I think over the past almost 2 years of FB.

Training for a marathon can be difficult, but y’all, FB can be just as hard in 20 minutes. And for real, the HIIT intervals are so fun for my brain!
