Workout Complete and progress

Day 24 of FB Fit Round 2 done! What a brutal sweatfest. It was definitely one tough workout but super proud we pushed through 52 minutes of HIIT, the longest we have done.

Last week we got some new weights so have now upped our strength weight sets up to 40kg! We are noticing changes of being more leaner on a 24/7 basis. After eating meals we hardly get bloaty and we have flat small waist and abs. You always read about people saying lift more to lean up well it is in fact true!

When you start strength training it can be so hard to keep positive when you see the weight changes and other shifts in your body but keep going. We have stuck it out and so glad too! Feeling stronger, fitter and the best version of us.
