i am going through a total workout slump where i know i need to MOVE but i simply don't have the motivation to. i think the long lockdowns and inability to experience anything 'new' are getting to me now.
i keep starting new FB programmes and then quitting on them after the first few days (nothing wrong w the programmes - i just can't seem to follow through right now).
i am thinking of setting up my own workout routine where i do a different kind of activity everyday (running, yoga, FB etc.) to keep monotony at bay.
how are you guys motivating yourselves on your slump days/weeks/months? i am open to any and all suggestions including podcasts, apps, you name it.
btw goal weight will be arrived at if i lose 5kg. that's something i'd like to do in the next couple of months.
