Menopause and not losing weight - Help!!

So I'm going into my menopause (7 months) and I've been tracking every morsel of food and exercising 5 days a week. I also walk around 12,500 steps a day. However, I'm just not losing weight. Nothing. Nada. Niche!

I accept it's harder during menopause, but this is ridiculous. I'm not even toning up. Ok, maybe my waist a little, but my belly is still round and wobbly and I hate it.

Any suggestions on workouts or even diet? Please I'm at the end of my tether here!
