FBLIR1 before FBStrong?

Hi FB Fam! I hope you’re having a wonderful day!🌺 I was able to finally complete FBLIR2! I tried to do it at least 3 times but had to start all over again due to injuries caused by my posture, since I didn’t know how to do any movements properly! I finished it with modifications, it was challenging but I was able to complete it my way! 😃 My transition as a beginner has been: FB Reach, FBLIR2 and I was planning to tackle FB Strong next, but I’m intimidated because I struggled a lot with the Strength Training part on LIR2, I’m not quite there yet! I haven’t purchased LIR1, if any of you have it, do you think I should try that one first or maybe repeat LIR2 a couple of times? If you have any other suggestions I’d be happy to read them! ☺️ Thank you!
