Rest between programs? I would like to hear from you!

This question is addressed to mostly people who own FB workout programs, but also to people who have built their own programs 😊
Since everytime I post something here you guys giving me the best advices, I'm gonna take a chance on this ! (Sorry if my English sounds funny, not my first language 😋)
So I was wondering if you do rest (like 1 week or more) between programs ?
I would like to do that but fear that it actually not beneficial for my goal (making me loose my progression basically).
Because I love doing yoga and don't have anytime for it except once a week so I would like on that rest days to do yoga but I don't want to loose my gains from the programs.
Hope it is understandable! I'm not very good telling stuff 🤭
