Well, what can I say? I really strongly dislike BE format. 🙄😂 I know, I know - I've said it so many times before. Today HIITing was in BE format and soon after starting the workout, it was finally over. Or not? No, it wasn't. That was just a water break... after which, we had so many more rounds of exercises that I wasn't able to count them. I was bored, that's what I was. 🙄😅 But it's done.
However, I did enjoy the EC very much! It was such a relief to lift after that main WO. And what a sweat-fest it was! 🥵😅 Sweat Day 24 complete!
Oh, I also made my very first slow pulled turkey today (in the comments). Now I'm full and tired.😉
