Earlier this year I signed up for the Walt Disney World marathon. I’m so excited! I’ve been embracing training and enjoying it.
Enjoying it overall, that is. Turns out, miles upon miles gets a bit...the same. And I have MISSED fitness blender.
Now I’m starting to incorporate fitness blender into my marathon training and I’m SO HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!! I just personally needed some HIIT, and I know my training will benefit from the strength.
I’ve read the blender article about cross training with running, and I love it. If you have any videos you recommend for running and/or marathon training, please let me know.
After my workout complete today, I felt amazing. I’m really grateful for the flexibility of the FB calendar and how I can build it around my training runs.
And nowwww I’m drinking hot chocolate and enjoying a Hallmark Christmas (in July haha) movie!
