Does anyone else get SUPER sore after a kickboxing routing? I decided to do a kickboxing routine as a 'light cardio day' to take off from strength training and I woke up the next day and my upper body was sore like crazy! My upper body is waaaayyy more sore after a kickboxing routine than an upper body strength training routine. Does anyone know why this is? I am lifting fairly heavy during the strength training days, so I'm not sure what's up!
