I'm just wondering if anyone would be interested in a challenge week based around stretching/ yoga. I wouldn't be starting this challenge until around next week if a lot of people are interested.
The whole idea around this is to just have a little 'me time' because I don't think enough people take time of their own to just relax. The yoga can be done at whatever time of day suits you! It can be in the morning, after a workout, the time you watch TV or even just before bed. Whilst doing this not only are you taking a break from stress, you are also increasing your flexibility which I think a lot of people forget about.
So is anyone interested? Please let me know :)
Edit: Wow this has gotten a lot more support than I thought it would. I will be posting the schedule on Sunday so it is ready for you all on Monday. I will also be starting a daily check in thread for the challenge if you would like to stay accountable for it :)
