Hi! I just wanted to share how happy I am with this “recipe”. I love it because it’s quick, simple, super filling and delicious, and I can (and do) eat it as much as my stomach can take! I don’t know how wise it is to eat too much at once, but sometimes it just hits the spot.
I had this for lunch today (4.5 hours ago) and I’m still not feeling hungry. I will be eating within an hour though, because I’m about to do my workout and, as you know, you should “make sure to have a good healthy meal after this” ;)
Recipe (serves 1 hungry person):
- 1 bag of frozen veggies (I had 450 g veggie & chili & ginger mix, 158 cal)
- 1 bag of frozen scaled small shrimp (180 g, 119 cal)
- 3-4 tbsp sweet chili sauce (~70 cal)
Cook in a frying pan, top with sweet chili sauce, and enjoy the fact that you can eat all 650 grams (1.4 pounds) gaining only 350 calories!
