Heya sweet folks,

How's the midweek treating you all? I feel time is in a rush and we have to consciously pause to take in some of each day!

Here's some food for thought: "The most difficult of the journeys are those that go from denial to acceptance"

So how do you turn the page around from denial to acceptance? What's worked the best for you? Personally, I allow myself to feel whatever it is that I'm experiencing, then I find it slightly easier to move on. I think this is true when feeling both super happy or super let down.

Well, was Day 3 of Sweat here, kinda intense. But glad to have gotten it done! Plus work (there's always that)
